1. Safety & Compliance
•     Drivers will follow all legal road safety standards.
•     Vehicles are maintained to a high standard and insured for commercial hire.
2. Vehicle Etiquette
•     Connie is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping vehicle. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping her fresh and welcoming for all guests.
3. Liability
•     Cruisin with Connie and its drivers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the hire period.
4. Client Responsibilities
•     Clients and guests must behave respectfully and follow all instructions given by the driver.
•     Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will be charged accordingly.
5. Cancellation Policy
•     Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may incur a fee of the deposit.
6. Payment Terms
•     A deposit of is required to confirm the booking.
•     Full payment is due 2 days before the event date.
